Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' strengths and areas for improvement, ensuring a tailored approach to each individual or family.
• Implement evidence-based therapy techniques and counseling services, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and other modalities appropriate to the needs of the client population.
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care plans that integrate mental health support and physical health considerations.
• Actively advocate for clients, helping them navigate community resources and access services that enhance their overall quality of life.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of all client interactions, treatment strategies, and progress in our electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Engage in regular team meetings and case conferences, sharing insights and collaborating with colleagues to continuously improve our service delivery and clinical outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will serve a varied population that includes children, adolescents, and families facing a range of challenges, such as behavioral health issues, family dynamics, trauma histories, and socio-economic barriers. Your work will focus on providing targeted interventions that not only address immediate concerns but also promote long-term emotional resilience and well-being.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current, valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.
• A minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services, with a focus on mental health.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct diagnostic assessments and create effective treatment plans in collaboration with clients.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to forge meaningful connections with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• A strong commitment to cultural competence, ethical practices, and social justice initiatives in your work.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in a community health clinic or integrated healthcare setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care principles and practices.
• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems, ideally in a remote therapy context.
• Additional certifications in specialized therapeutic modalities would be an asset.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 – 130,000 annually , commensurate with your experience and caseload. In addition to a lucrative compensation package, you will benefit from:
