Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred Make outbound calls to customers who have requested insurance quotes, building relationships, identifying needs, and recommending appropriate coverage options Qualifications: Communication and interpersonal skills.
