System Design: Create and iterate on internal playbooks and systems that improve accuracy, save time, and drive scalable adoption across the organization. Evangelize Innovation: Serve as the internal champion for smart, ethical AI use, training teams to embrace new tech and a "builder" mindset. What You’ll Bring Strategic Foundation: A background in BizOps, Product Ops, or systems consulting with a proven ability to prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
