Kindergarten Aide

American Leadership Academy is accepting applications for a Kindergarten Aide for the 2026-2027 school year for our campuses located in the East Valley . Candidates must possess, or be willing to obtain, an Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card. Responsibilities Assist the classroom teacher with lesson planning and implementation. Reinforce learning concepts and provide additional assistance as needed. Help maintain a positive and orderly environment. Help administer tests and assessments; support the teacher in grading assignments and providing feedback. Observe and report on student progress, behavior, and engagement. Support communication with parents and caregivers regarding student progress and any concerns. Help keep the classroom clean and organized, ensuring materials and supplies are readily available. Encourage student participation. Other duties as assigned.
