Shift: 7a-7p/7p-7a; Rotating weekends, Rotating holidays \n

\n***Up to $10,000 sign on bonus for RNs with qualifying experience; $5,000 for New Graduate RNs*** \n

\nAll Critical Care units offer enhanced technology to assist with nursing care, including patient lifts, hands-free communication, virtual whiteboards, and continuous telemetry monitoring. The Critical Care Step-Down (CCSD) team staffs the Cardiac Hospitalist Unit. As a medical-surgical unit, the nurse-to-patient ratio of 5:1. \n

\nPrimary Patient Population: \n

\n• Congestive Heart Failure \n
\n
\n• COPD \n
\n
\n• DKA \n
\n
\n• Sepsis \n
\n
\nPrimary skills utilized/learned: \n
\n
\n• EKG interpretation \n
\n
\n• Central Line care \n
\n
\n• Rescue Bi-pap, High Flow Oxygen, Trach/Vents, \n
\n
\n• Assist with bedside procedures (endoscopies, bronchoscopies) \n
\n
\n• Critical thinking, delegating, time management \n
\n
\nPersonnel RN will work with: \n

\nPatient Care Nursing Assistants (PCNAs), Nurse Interns, Providers, PT, OT \n
\n

  \n Required Qualifications:
  \n • Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing (or a program seeking accreditation).
  \n • Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Ohio
  \n • Current AHA Basic Life Support for the healthcare provider certification or obtained within 90 days of hire.
  \n • Current ACLS certification or obtained within 6 months of hire
