In this role, you will... Greet and assist customers in the service drive Support Service Advisors with customer telephone inquiries Schedule appointments Various other duties to ensure exceptional customer service Help maintain operations of the service drive. Service Ambassadors enhance our customers experience by assisting the Service Advisers in any way they can. Being able to spot a need, and determining how to help meet that need, is the best way to describe the position overall.
