Your Role Lead and deliver high-impact digital transformation projects on the shopfloor from concept to global rollout Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing performance and translate them into scalable digital solutions Prototype, test, validate, and industrialize innovative solutions across our global production network Evaluate emerging technologies and digital solutions, define pilot initiatives, and build strong business cases to support investment decisions Leverage modern AI-supported development approaches to accelerate innovation, validate ideas quickly, and bring successful concepts into operation Collaborate closely with production, engineering, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and successful project execution Drive change and adoption by effectively communicating project goals, progress, and results to all relevant stakeholders.
