Standard Products Assembler

Standard Products Assembler Wage: $19.75-21.50/hour Shift: 2nd and 3rd Hours: 02:00 pm - 10:00 pm, 10:00 pm - 06:00 am Responsibilities Set up winding machinery for operation. Assemble units according to three-view drawings or blueprints using coils, bobbins, cores, brackets, terminals, bolts, washers, nuts, insulation, magnetic laminations, enclosures, etc. using hand and power hand tools. Tape units, as necessary. Load and change spools of wire and coils. Test assembled units and verify units meet all electrical and mechanical specifications. Weld and solder copper and steel. Hand solder wire to terminals. Assemble core legs. Label products as appropriate. Follow all policies, procedures, and Expectations. Computer keyboard entry of all necessary production data. Other duties as assigned. Requirements 2 years of steady work experience is preferred. Welding and soldering experience is a plus. Must be able to read and write English. Must be able to read and correctly interpret measurements using tape measures in English units of measure. Have a good grasp of computer software.
