Your Role:
As an Inventory Control Specialist, you'll play an essential part in keeping our warehouse organized, efficient, and ready to support our growing business needs. Your key responsibilities will include:
Accurate Data Entry:Enter product data into our system with attention to detail.
Inventory Management:Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels and organization.
Warehouse Support:Move, label, and manage equipment and assist with pulling outgoing orders.
Quality Control:Help maintain high standards of product quality and ensure all items are properly cataloged.
Report Creation:Support the Sales Department by generating reports as needed.
Shipping Support:Assist in packaging and preparing items for shipment.
Cycle Counts:Conduct regular inventory cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
What We're Looking For:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds frequently, climb ladders, and push/pull equipment using pallet jacks.
Positive attitude and a team player willing to give your best each day.
Previous forklift experience and a background in manufacturing are a plus, but not required.
Willingness to learn and grow with the company.

Position Requirements
Physical requirements: Lifting 40 pound objects frequently, climbing ladders, pushing and pulling equipment using a pallet jacks, walking and bending. Forklift experience and a background of manufacturing is a plus.
About the OrganizationEWASTE+ is a R2/RIOS Certified Electronics Recycler ITAD company and a licensed NAID AAA Certified Data Destruction Contractor.
EWASTE+ focuses on the recovery of value from idle, obsolete and excess electronic equipment and operates a large-scale processing facility in Victor, New York (near Rochester) and two regional consolidation facilities in Albany and New York City. In 2025, EWASTE+ expanded its footprint by adding Take 2 Recycling, based in Waterbury, Connecticut, enhancing its service reach across the Northeast.
The company utilizes environmentally sound processing methods that maximize value and recovery while eliminating disposal of electronics in landfills. EWASTE+ has been recognized as a Rochester Top 100 Company for five consecutive years and was a recipient of the Rochester Business Journal Environmental Leadership Award.
