Schedule: Monday - Friday | 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Compensation: $65 - $80 per hour

Position Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join a growing rehabilitation department within a well-established healthcare facility. The rehab unit serves short-term patients and is known for delivering high-quality care and achieving positive clinical outcomes. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a collaborative team focused on patient-centered rehabilitation services.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions and functional limitations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall function
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience preferred
• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy (required)
• License: Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist (MA PT) License (required)
