This role is focused on sourcing, acquiring, and purchasing vehicles to support our used-car inventory needs. Role Summary As an Automotive Vehicle Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing vehicles through customer buy-ins, online leads, market platforms, and other acquisition channels. You will evaluate vehicles, negotiate purchases, and work closely with management to build profitable inventory. Key Responsibilities Source and acquire vehicles through customer buy-ins, phone leads, and digital channels Appraise vehicles accurately using market data and valuation tools Negotiate vehicle purchases directly with customers Maintain consistent follow-up with acquisition leads Monitor market trends, auction pricing, and retail demand Work closely with management to align acquisitions with inventory needs Ensure all purchase documentation is accurate and complete Maintain a professional, transparent customer experience Qualifications & Experience Automotive sales, buying, or acquisition experience preferred Strong understanding of vehicle values, market pricing, and reconditioning impact Confident negotiation and communication skills Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency Comfortable working phones, digital leads, and in-person appointments Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven Valid driver’s license Compensation & Benefits Competitive performance-based pay plan with high earning potential Compensation tied directly to vehicles acquired and profitability Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid vacation Employee discounts Long-term career growth opportunities This role is built for individuals who want to earn based on performance and results.
