- Complete documentation and charting
- Review and update care plans
- Supervise and support direct care staff
- Coordinate nursing services during shifts
- Communicate with residents, families, and staff
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
- Participate in facility inspections and surveys
- Active, unencumbered LPN or RN license in Arkansas
- Familiarity with long-term care regulations and nursing practices
- EMR experience preferred
- Strong attention to documentation and confidentiality (HIPAA compliance)
