We're seeking a Pharmacist In Charge (PIC) to oversee daily pharmacy operations and deliver exceptional patient care in Nacogdoches, TX . As the Pharmacist In Charge, you'll play a key leadership role by: Leading and mentoring a team of Pharmacy Technicians Overseeing daily pharmacy operations and workflow Ensuring compliance with Federal, State, and Local pharmacy regulations Reviewing prescriptions, dispensing medications accurately, and counseling patients Managing inventory, medication safety, and pharmacy compliance Driving operational excellence while delivering outstanding patient care What we’re looking for: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) 3–5+ years of retail pharmacy management experience Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Experience managing pharmacy operations and regulatory compliance If you're passionate about patient care, thrive in a leadership role, and are ready to take the next step in your pharmacy career, we'd love to connect with you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
