- Women owned law firm operating in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, DC, Virginia, and Florida
- A high volume, fast-paced, multi-office law firm representing Mortgage Lenders, Banks and Financial Institutions in foreclosure, bankruptcy, eviction and REO
- Nationally recognized industry leaders in the legal default servicing space
- Litigation Attorney in our Westmont, NJ office with 2-3 years of Foreclosure litigation experience
- Diverse/ minority candidates encouraged to apply
- Juris Doctorate and member in good standing of the PA and NJ Bar
- Responsibilities may include, but not limited to: Managing and prioritizing a large caseload
Attending hearings and status conferences
Interacting with clients, opposing counsel and MWC team members
Providing creative solutions to complex problems to mitigate client risk
