ABOUT OUR AGENCY

I opened my agency in 1981 and currently lead a team of eight. Before entering the insurance industry, I worked as a music director, and I've always enjoyed helping others grow and succeed. Outside of the office, you'll find me bass fishing, cooking, enjoying music and sports, and serving as a captain for the Youth High School Association. I'm naturally competitive and driven by achieving results. Our agency has built a strong reputation by focusing on exceptional customer service, teamwork, and helping both our customers and team members succeed. ROLE DESCRIPTION

As an Account Associate for Grant Gravois - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage customer accounts and update information in the database. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr Grantgravois
