Concessions Food Runner - Q2 Stadium

Pay Range: $17.00 per hour + tips

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Retrieve completed food orders and prepare them for guest pickup or delivery.
• Verify order accuracy before presenting food to guests.
• Call out order numbers and assist guests with locating and receiving their orders.
• Ensure all food items are properly packaged, garnished, and accompanied by necessary condiments, utensils, and napkins.
• Maintain communication with kitchen, cashier, and concession staff to ensure efficient service flow.
• Monitor ticket times and help expedite orders during peak service periods.
• Provide friendly, professional, and responsive guest service.
• Assist in resolving guest concerns related to food orders.
• Keep expo and guest pickup areas clean, organized, and stocked.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.
• Assist with restocking supplies and supporting concession stand operations as needed.
• Support opening, event, and closing duties.
