Manager of Strategic Initiatives

Driving strategic initiatives remotely, the full-time Manager of Strategic Initiatives will bridge high-level vision with practical business deployment, manage cross-functional collaboration, and create executive presentations for leadership updates. Key responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional and external teams to drive and track strategic initiatives and M&A efforts, identifying risks and blockers Build business cases by aligning with Finance and business owners on pilot programs and success metrics while tracking ROI Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to integrate AI tools into existing workflows and update processes to leverage AI capabilities Required qualifications 3-5 years of experience in Corporate Strategy Execution or strategic consulting, preferably in a SaaS or MarTech environment Proven ability to drive cross-functional strategic initiatives and develop executive presentations Experience with market research and competitive analysis, distilling data into actionable insights Strong financial and business acumen with exceptional time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and Google Workspace; Think-Cell experience preferred
