Other requirements: BLS, must have one year of MS experience, MS/Tele experience required Unit will allow first time travelers 2 years exp required Epic experience required Night shift ratios: 1:5-6, no LPN on nights. Charge is free, when fully staffed (5RNs. They are usually only staffed with 4 RNs and charge takes 3 pts. Charge takes 6 pts when only staffed with 3 nurses.
