Mold Setter / Production Technician

Join a growing manufacturing team! We're looking for mechanically inclined individuals to set up and change molds, keep equipment running efficiently, and help produce high-quality parts in a fast-paced production environment.

• Change and install molds on production equipment
• Set up machines for production runs
• Make machine adjustments to maintain quality standards
• Perform basic preventive maintenance and troubleshooting
• Inspect parts and complete production documentation
• Follow all safety procedures, including LOTO
• Operate or learn to operate forklifts and cranes

• Manufacturing or mechanical experience preferred
• Comfortable using hand tools
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand throughout the shift
• Experience with mold setting, machine setup, maintenance, or production equipment is a plus

Multiple shifts available:

• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM

This is a Permanent position based out of Greencastle, IN.

The pay range for this position is $36360.00 - $38480.00/yr.
