Retail Sales Associate Overview

Qualifications

18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
High school diploma (preferred)
1+ year sales/customer service (preferred)
Strong communication and customer focus
Flexible schedule, reliable attendance

Key Responsibilities

Deliver excellent customer service
Assist with sales, financing, and transactions
Handle cash and process orders accurately
Resolve customer concerns
Support store operations and inventory
