LJA Land Development seeks a Group Manager to coordinate and direct major engineering projects and multiple smaller, complex initiatives. This role focuses on leading entitlement activities, client interaction, and strategic development within the Raleigh market. Required are a Civil Engineering degree and a Licensed Professional Engineer.
