Remote Customer Service Rep

Worcester Manufacturing - - Responsibilities: Make an average of 50 outbound calls per day to clients and patients to follow up on medical claims, verify information, and resolve billing discrepancies; Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, handling calls and emails with professionalism and a positive attitude; Maintain a strong, working knowledge of health insurance plans, medical billing codes (ICD-10, CPT), and claims processes to provide expert assistance; Act as a patient advocate, identifying and resolving billing issues with a focus on quick, effective solutions; Collaborate with internal billing specialists and external insurance providers to resolve complex claim issues and ensure timely processing
