Summary
We are seeking a skilled Robotic Welder with Some exp in Programming to join our team. This position plays a vital role in supporting our clients by delivering high-quality welding services that meet industry standards and specifications.
1st shift 6:00am - 2:30pm Monday to Friday, some Saturdays
Responsibilities
- Interpret and analyze blueprints and schematics to determine welding requirements.
- Perform welding tasks using various techniques such as MIG or stick welding.
- Use Robot Machine as needed throughout weld also capable of programming machinery.
- Fabricate metal components according to specifications and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.
- Conduct routine maintenance on welding equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
- Inspect completed work for accuracy and quality before final approval.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Welder with proficiency in blueprint reading and fabrication techniques.
- Programming the machine.
- Strong understanding of welding processes and safety practices.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, schematics, and blueprints accurately.
- Familiarity with machining processes is a plus but not required.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
