Community Operations & Leasing Assistant

Franklin Group in Richmond, VA is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager and act in their absence. This is an hourly, non-exempt role requiring reliability, organization and basic office duties. You will assist with leasing tasks, rent posting, reports and files, and responder to resident requests while upholding Fair Housing standards and company policies. The position emphasizes customer service, accurate record-keeping, and teamwork, with salary between $16.00 #J-18808-Ljbffr
