Position Summary:
The Accounts Receivable & Office Operations Specialist will primarily oversee accounts receivable functions while also assisting with a variety of administrative, compliance, asset management, and operational support tasks throughout the company.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Manage customer invoicing and collections
• Track outstanding invoices and follow up on past due accounts
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
• Assist with billing support and customer account management
• Track employee safety training assignments and certifications
• Help manage OSHA documentation and compliance records
• Maintain insurance records for company vehicles and equipment
• Assist with asset tracking and fleet-related administrative duties
• Complete prequalification packets and applications for new clients
• Organize digital and physical company records
• Support day-to-day office operations and miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:
• Previous accounts receivable or accounting office experience preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Experience working in construction or industrial office environments is a plus
• Familiarity with OSHA or safety compliance documentation preferred
• Proficient with Excel/Microsoft Office and general computer systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
• General accounting experience (accounts payable, reconciliations, payroll support, job costing, bookkeeping, or other accounting functions) is highly desirable and may qualify candidates for a higher compensation level
