Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process._ **How you'll make an impact in this role** + Provides comprehensive nursing care to a diverse adult patient population requiring observation + Performs ongoing assessments, cardiac and neurological monitoring, and timely interventions to ensure early detection of patient status changes. + Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate diagnostic testing, treatment plans, and safe, efficient patient throughput. + Educates patients and families on disease processes, medications, and discharge instructions to support continuity of care and prevent readmissions. **What minimum requirements you'll need** Licensure / Certification / Registration: + BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. + Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
