Requirements:

· Must have 2 years of experience in bookkeeping in construction.

· High School diploma.

· Proficient in QuickBooks, Excel, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Word, and Outlook.

· Ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism.

· Adaptable and willing to learn and progress in career.

· Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing, in English.

· Must be able to keep client matters strictly confidential.

· Must have excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills.

· Performs other duties as assigned from time to time by accountants or chief financial officer.

· Prepares appropriate reports as requested by supervisors and chief financial officer.

· Must track Deposit book.

· Pulling all reports Daily, Weekly, and Monthly.

Experience:

· Communication (both verbal and written form).

· Proficient in QuickBooks, Excel, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Word, and Outlook.

· Knowledge of regulatory requirements for auditing profits on all jobs collected and calculated.

· Two years of responsible accounting and bookkeeping experience including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general ledger, and financial reports is a plus.

License and Certifications:

· Not required but preferable

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
