Invoice Discrepancy Specialist Customer Care

Anixter Glenview

Wesco International, Inc. is seeking a Specialist - Customer Care to join the Centralized Customer Care team in the United States. You will resolve supplier invoice discrepancies, support Accounts Payable, and process offsetting transactions within company policy.

You will collaborate with Sales, Operations, Inventory Management and AP to drive timely resolution, manage a large volume of cases, and communicate outcomes to field teams. Prior accounting and Oracle experience are valued.
