You don't have to build a pipeline here — we build it for you. A dedicated Business Development Representative fills your calendar with qualified, scheduled appointments every single day. Your job starts the moment a prospect walks in the door, and it doesn't end until they're approved, under contract, and holding their keys.

We sell the lowest-cost path to homeownership in every market we serve. Demand is already strong. We're not looking for someone to manufacture interest — we're looking for a closer who can convert it.

If you've carried a quota before and beaten it — in auto, telecom, alarms, insurance, retail, or any fast-paced commission floor — you already know what this role rewards: volume, follow-through, and a competitive streak.

Run the showing

• Confirm every appointment the BDR hands you. Know your inventory cold. Walk prospects through a tour that builds real interest and moves them toward a decision.

Close the deal

• Guide buyers from showing through signed application. Work applications with lenders. Handle sales agreements, payment calculations, sales tax, and credit checks — accurately, every time.

Keep the pipeline moving

• Log every showing, application, and status update in the CRM. Sell in full compliance with Fair Housing standards, every prospect, every time.

Hit the number

• Meet and beat a baseline of 2–3 home sales per month, with commission tiers that pay more for every sale above it.

• A documented sales track record — you've carried an individual quota in a commission-driven role and hit it
• A competitive streak you can point to: Top 5%, number-one month, region leader, President's Club
• Comfort with high-volume, face-to-face selling (strong retail, hospitality, or service backgrounds translate well)
• Self-direction — you manage your own pipeline and your own day without being chased
• Sharp with figures — comfortable with payment math, contracts, and the details that close a deal cleanly
• Coachable and team-minded
• Manufactured housing, property management, or leasing experience is a plus, not a requirement — we hire for sales ability and teach the rest
• Must pass a criminal background check

Base Salary              - $35,000

(Paid regardless of sales)

On-target Earnings  - $78,000 - $125,000

(hitting quota of 2-3 sales per month)

Top performers        - $150,000 - $200,000

(Consistently exceeding quota)
