Registered Nurse - Telemetry / Surgical Unit

Location: Manchester, NH

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Job Description: The Registered Nurse will work in a 47-bed telemetry and surgical unit, providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include medication administration, patient assessments, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and monitor vital signs.
• Provide patient education and support.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members for comprehensive care.
• Assist in medical procedures and wound care.
• Document patient care accurately in EMR systems.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• 2 years of experience in a hospital setting required.
• Active RN license.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• Experience in telemetry, surgical bariatrics, cardiac, and vascular surgery preferred.
