Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned territory to engage healthcare professionals, academic institutions, and specialty pharmacy partners
• Develop and execute strategic territory plans leveraging customer insights and market intelligence
• Build and maintain productive relationships with providers, affiliated staff, and infusion partners
• Achieve and exceed sales objectives while maintaining integrity and compliance standards
• Submit account plans, customer interactions, and CRM activity accurately and on schedule

Requirements

• 5+ years specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience with demonstrated Rheumatology background
• Proven track record of consistent high sales performance and business objective execution
• Experience developing and executing territory and account-level strategies
• Deep understanding of market access dynamics, specialty pharmacy, and buy-and-bill models
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across internal and cross-functional teams
• Strong clinical, product, and market acumen with problem-solving capabilities
• Bachelor's degree required; residency within assigned territory required

Compensation: $140,000-$192,500 base
