Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer experiences by handling reservations, resolving enquiries, and building rapport with a diverse range of customers. Connect with local business partners, grow your network, and develop lasting relationships. Understand the financial mechanics of a successful business, including cost control and interpreting profit and loss statements. Learn to manage a fleet, plan strategically, and drive operational performance. Take the lead in mentoring, training, and developing your own team, with the opportunity to manage and promote others as you grow. Qualifications Preferred: Bachelor’s degree; professional experience may be considered as an alternative. Full manual UK or EU driving licence (accommodations available for disabilities). No drug or alcohol‑related offence on driving record within the last five years.
