Valley View Manor is looking for a Dietary Server to join our team! The ideal candidate for this position enjoys working in a busy environment and is capable of taking direction well and multi-tasking effectively. Hours: Part Time Every other weekend Responsibilities: • Prepares and portions food appropriately for residents. • Prepares and portions correct amount of food as determined meal tickets • Plates and serves food. • Handles and stores food in a safe manner following HACCP standard operating procedures. • Sanitizes equipment and work area per assigned schedules and designated procedures. • Wash and sanitize dishes and utensils. • Preparing all beverages including nectar, honey and pudding thick beverages • Distributing beverages to residents before meal time • Cleaning tables and stocking condiments, creamers, sugar etc. • Performing correct sanitary measures “We believe the work that we do is a privilege.
