Director of Client Services

Our client is seeking a Director of Client Services to lead and develop a high-performing client service team within a growing financial services organization. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing servicing operations, driving process improvements, ensuring service excellence, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous development. What You Will Do: Lead, coach, and develop the Client Servicing Team to deliver exceptional client experiences Oversee daily servicing operations, workflows, and quality control to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance Monitor team performance, conduct regular coaching sessions, and support employee growth and development Manage escalated client issues and provide hands-on support for complex service situations Develop and improve processes, SOPs, and systems to enhance operational effectiveness Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to support business growth and strategic initiatives Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and retention of team members What You Will Need to Be Successful: Financial services industry experience required Retirement planning industry experience preferred Proven leadership, coaching, and team development skills Strong knowledge of client service operations and workflow management Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities High attention to detail with strong organizational and decision-making skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Benefits Overview: Health, dental, and vision insurance Life and long-term disability insurance 401K PTO $70,000 - $100,000 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr Palmer Companies, Inc.
