Job Summary:
Emergency Room Nurse in Waupaca, Wisconsin. This position involves providing patient care in an 8-bed emergency department with a patient ratio of 1:4. The role requires working 12-hour night shifts with an emphasis on strong communication skills and adaptability to float across all ThedaCare facilities. The contract is for 13 weeks, starting as soon as possible.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 12 hour night shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Wisconsin RN license, American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC), National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS). Associate Degree or Certificate required; Bachelors Degree preferred. Minimum of 3+ years of RN experience, including 2+ years ER experience. Charting experience with Epic required within the last year.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors Degree.
• Float: Float rotation may be required across all ThedaCare facilities.
• Additional Information: No new travelers, at least one completed contract required.
• Interview Days: Monday through Friday.
• Interview Types: MSP Interview.
