What You'll Do Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist Assist patients in improving strength, mobility, balance, and functional independence Deliver therapeutic exercises and evidence-based treatment interventions Monitor patient progress and communicate findings with the supervising therapist Document treatments and patient outcomes accurately and timely Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals Support a positive patient experience while helping individuals achieve their rehabilitation goals
Qualifications
• Associate Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current Michigan Physical Therapist Assistant License
• BLS Certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross) within 30 days of hire
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills
