Packaging Operator

Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Packaging Operator positions in Zebulon, NC . This is a great opportunity to further your existing skills as a General Warehouse, while learning new ones to assist you in your career.

Responsibilities:

• Operate, monitor, and clean manufacturing equipment in accordance with SOPs, batch records, and safety procedures to ensure efficient production.

• Perform equipment setup, changeovers, and adjustments to meet production requirements and quality standards.

• Monitor equipment performance, identify excessive rejects or process deviations, and take corrective actions as needed.

• Maintain compliance with OSHA, regulatory, and company safety standards while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• prior manufacturing, production, or process operations experience preferred.

• Ability to operate, troubleshoot, and maintain production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Willingness to work a 12 - hour shift schedule and perform physical tasks, including standing, lifting, and equipment cleaning.

Pay Details: $19.50 per hour
