Job Description As a Dental Assistant at Bespoke Dental, you will play a crucial role in supporting our dental team and ensuring our patients have a positive experience. You will assist with clinical procedures, maintain a clean and organized work environment, and help manage patient flow to provide efficient and effective care. Key Responsibilities Patient Care: Assist the dentist during various dental procedures and radiographs while ensuring the patient's comfort throughout their visit. Instrument Management: Sterilize and prepare instruments and equipment for dental procedures. Treatment Preparation: Prepare and organize dental materials, instruments, lab cases, and consent forms. Patient Records: Update and maintain accurate patient records, notes, and charts. Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, explaining procedures and post-treatment care. Appointment Management: Help manage patient appointments and follow‑up schedules. Clinical Support: Provide support to the dental team during procedures and help maintain a clean and organized clinical area. Infection Control: Follow infection control protocols to ensure a safe and sterile environment. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the front office and clinical team to ensure seamless patient care. Qualifications Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is preferred. Certification from an accredited dental assisting program is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures. Experience with Oryx dental practice management software is a plus, or open to learning a new one.
