Elementary Teacher Salaried position: $37,554 - $60,342 Key Responsibilities Curriculum Delivery: Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with educational standards, teaching reading, writing, math, science, and social studies. Primary duties include teaching Elementary ELA and Social Studies. Instructional Strategies: Use lectures, discussions, demonstrations, and hands‑on activities to engage students. Classroom Management: Establish a positive learning environment, set clear expectations and manage student conduct. Assessment and Evaluation: Monitor student progress with assessments, provide feedback, and communicate with parents about academic and social-emotional development. Student Support: Offer individualized support, address academic or behavioral challenges. Collaboration: Work with teachers, specialists, and staff to create a supportive, inclusive learning environment. Professional Development: Stay updated on educational research and best practices, participate in professional development. Parent Communication: Maintain regular communication with parents or guardians, collaborate on strategies for student success.
