Vance Dentistry in Milford, Ohio is a well-established private practice seeking a motivated Associate Dentist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist who wants the support of an experienced doctor, a strong team environment, and the ability to grow within a successful practice.
With a strong patient base, experienced support team, and focus on comprehensive patient care, this position offers excellent earning potential, mentorship, and a clear path for professional growth.
What We Offer

Schedule
- Full-time
- Mon-Thur 8:00AM - 5:00PM
- Fri 8:00AM - 12:00PM
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is:
- A licensed dentist who is motivated to grow professionally
- Experienced in general dentistry and comfortable providing comprehensive care
- Interested in building long-term relationships with patients
- Team-oriented and committed to quality dentistry
We are open to newer dentists, especially those who have completed a GPR or AEGD residency . Dentists with approximately 3–4 years of private practice experience are ideal, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate who demonstrates strong clinical skills, motivation, and a commitment to growth.
