Lead Mentor

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering a variety of programs throughout Arizona, including residential, outpatient, inpatient, medical homes, medication‑assisted treatment, and crisis services for individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness. Job Summary The Lead Mentor is responsible for the initial and ongoing monitoring of skills and knowledge of employees assigned to his or her site. The mentor will work closely with the Operations Administrator, Nurse Manager, Clinical Director, and Clinical Manager in monitoring each unit’s safety practices and training needs, and assist in the development and monitoring of each unit’s training plan. Skills / Requirements High school diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree or higher preferred. 2‑5 years of experience in the health care field required. 1‑3 years of experience in a training or education role preferred. Minimum of six months of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders preferred. Current, valid Driver’s License. Clear 39‑month Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
