A leading manufacturing company is hiring a New Product Introduction Engineer to support a manufacturing team. This permanent role is based in a hybrid on-site regional location. The position focuses on managing the commercialization of new products from development to production, working closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth launches. New Product Introduction Engineer Responsibilities Oversee the entire NPI process from engineering handoff to product release. Coordinate with suppliers and quality teams on first article plans. Serve as the technical liaison between engineering and manufacturing partners. Manage ERP system setup and bill of materials structures. Facilitate communication across procurement, finance, marketing, and transportation teams. New Product Introduction Engineer Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. Between 3 and 7 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and GD&T standards. Experience working with contract manufacturers and NPI programs.
