Overview

The Field Training Coordinator is responsible for the training and development of Giant Eagle SS Long Term Resets (LTR) teams and Home Store Leads this includes all aspects and functions of the job. Play a role as a field supervisor support communicating on issues and opportunities including compliance checks. Communicate and monitor Acosta and Giant Eagles policies and procedures including monitor in-field adherence.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

1. Initial and on-going training and development of LTR field personnel

2. Field Manager field support

3. Provide progress reports to Field Managers Operation Managers and Director

4. Compliance Audits - work completion and quality of work

5. Relationship building with store management and leadership

6. Communication of Giant Eagles policies & procedures

7. Systems Troubleshooting

8. Retention and career development

9. Temporarily fill open team positions

10. Distribution of equipment

11. Meeting the physical requirements listed below

12. Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Work Experience Requirements:

3-5 years in team leadership or training in a retail environment

Knowledge Skills and Abilities Requirements:

Strong Leadership Skills

Well versed in reset processes& procedures

Complete understanding of Home Store Lead role and responsibilities

Highly organized

Good communication and relationship building skills

Knowledge and understanding of client/customers policies procedures & expectations

Ability to efficiently and effectively provide hands on training
