Sr. Specialist Advisor to join our team in Canton, Massachusetts (US-MA), United States (US).Architect, design, and maintain enterprise-wide test automation frameworks supporting 100+ applications across healthcare, finance, telecom, and enterprise platforms.Lead re-engineering and modernization of legacy automation frameworks to improve scalability, maintainability, and execution efficiency.Define enterprise automation strategy, standards, governance models, and best practices aligned with organizational quality objectives.Design and implement automation solutions for web, API, message queues (JMS/MSMQ), database, and non-GUI applications using commercial and open-source tools.Integrate automation frameworks with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Maven, Azure DevOps, Git, and related DevOps tools to enable continuous testing in hybrid environments.Architect and develop integrations between enterprise tools such as Microfocus ALM, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, SharePoint, and other third-party platforms using REST APIs and open architectures.Provide technical leadership to automation teams, conduct code reviews, mentor engineers, and ensure adherence to enterprise architecture standards.Perform automation feasibility analysis, ROI assessment, and proof-of-concepts (POCs) for tool selection and framework optimization.Design and implement cloud-based automation solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) services.Collaborate with QA leadership and business stakeholders to align automation roadmaps with digital transformation initiatives.Implement AI/ML-based test optimization techniques to prioritize regression suites based on historical defect patterns and risk analysis.Develop intelligent analytics solutions for defect trend analysis and predictive quality metrics to support decision-making.Explore and conduct proof-of-concepts for AI-assisted test case generation and intelligent script maintenance (self-healing mechanisms) to improve automation stability.Evaluate emerging AI-driven quality engineering tools and recommend strategic adoption where business value is demonstrated.This position requires:Master’s degree in Computer Applications (or related field)15+ years of progressive experience in Test Automation and Enterprise ArchitectureAdvanced knowledge of AI integration within Quality Engineering frameworksExpertise in cloud platforms (Azure), DevOps, and enterprise tool integrationsStrong programming skills (Java, Microsoft .Net, Python, SQL)The role requires theoretical and practical application of computer science, software engineering, AI/ML concepts, and enterprise systems architecture.About NTT DATANTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
