Responsibilities:

• Provide intraoperative care for patients in the Operating Room (OR), ensuring safety and comfort.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other perioperative staff for optimal patient outcomes.
• Adhere to strict infection control standards and hospital protocols.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and respond to any intraoperative complications with composure.
• Maintain accurate documentation of surgical procedures and patient progress.
• Assist with patient preparation and postoperative care as required.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid RN license.
• 1-2 years of recent experience as an Operating Room Nurse.
• BLS certification (required); ACLS/PALS preferred.
• Proficiency with OR procedures, instrumentation, and aseptic techniques.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a collaborative team.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
