Automotive Sales Manager

Jim Coleman Toyota is hiring a Sales Manager. The dealership, part of the Jim Coleman Automotive family-owned group established in 1968, operates multiple franchises across Maryland, including Toyota dealerships. Responsibilities Supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Organize schedules, conduct training, interview, hire, and set goals for the team. Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with customers. Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in the automotive industry. Previous experience as a Sales Manager preferred. Prior experience with Toyota brands is a strong plus. Attention to detail and ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record. Job Type Full-time. Must be available on some weekends and evenings.
