This rewarding contract opportunity is ideal for experienced SLPs with their CCCs, as well as Clinical Fellows embarking on their careers, and it runs full-time for the entire school year.

Your main focus will be shaping young communicators, empowering students from diverse backgrounds in KIPP schools to reach their full potential. You'll work closely with a committed group of educators and family members, using your clinical expertise to make a lasting difference every day.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid California SLP licensure or eligibility (CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellow)
• Strong knowledge of IEP process and special education procedures
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration abilities
• Previous school or pediatric experience preferred, but open to recent graduates

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for K-12 students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
• Maintain accurate and timely progress notes and documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
• Provide guidance and support to students in both individual and group settings
