Your precision with insurance verification directly impacts both patient experience and our clinic's financial health. We're specifically looking for someone who excels at resolving insurance and billing challenges while maintaining high patient satisfaction.

We need someone exceptional at insurance verification and revenue recovery. Your ability to accurately verify coverage, explain costs clearly to patients, and ensure clean claims will be your most valuable contribution.

This role is perfect for you if you have experience with insurance verification and medical billing. You can explain complex insurance concepts to frustrated patients with empathy and clarity. You're obsessively detail-oriented and tech-savvy with medical billing software and EMR systems.

The details: Location: Our state-of-the-art urgent care facility. Schedule: Part-time with flexible shifts (some evenings/weekends). Requirements: High school diploma preferred; X-Ray Tech, Medical Assistant or related certification is a plus. Active BLS certification required or must be obtained within defined onboarding period.
