WI Resource Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Department FLEX Zone 1 WI Resource Team Emergency Department RN Where You Will Work: Aurora Health (now part of Advocate Health) WI Float Pool is a multi?site resource team supporting Emergency Department (ED) care across the Wisconsin division. Float RNs provide adaptable, high?quality nursing care across multiple hospitals and units based on organizational need. Teammates must be flexible, skilled, and ready to deliver exceptional care in a wide variety of settings. We’re Looking For: Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association Additional Certification needed: ACLS, PALS, TNCC Experience: Minimum 2 years of ED RN experience required Weekend Requirement (Friday 1900 – Monday 0700): 1 Weekend Shift per 2 schedule period Holiday Requirement: 1 Holiday per year Schedule: Self-scheduled. Assignments may be day-to-day or long-term float placements. A minimum of 12 hours per scheduled period is required and may be met through a combination of 4-, 8-, or 12-hour shifts. What You’ll Do: As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in delivering and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process.
