Gift Shop Manager

Exciting Opportunity at Gaido's Seafood Restaurant Gift Shop! Join the dynamic team at the Gift Shop of the renowned Gaido's Seafood Restaurant. We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual with exceptional leadership skills to lead the Gift Shop team. This is a full‑time position with hours of 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, and occasional holidays. Requirements High School diploma or equivalent Minimum of 2 years’ retail experience Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel Familiarity with Toast Point of Sale (preferred, but not required) Responsibilities Team Management Oversee the hiring, scheduling, and training of retail employees Work at the gift shop register during weekday business hours Inventory Management Maintain accurate records of inventory, purchases, and invoices Manage a comprehensive database of items carried in the gift shop Merchandizing Enhance sales through effective merchandising strategies, including displays, product placement, signage, and online promotions Oversee quarterly inventory of Gaido's Gift Shop Online Orders Manage online orders, including bulk pie orders during the holiday season Qualifications Excellent customer service skills Strong leadership and management capabilities Experience with purchase orders and invoices Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Google Sheets Meticulous attention to detail Join us in creating a memorable shopping experience at Gaido’s Gift Shop. #J-18808-Ljbffr Gaidos
